MADISONVILLE-A man who went on trial
for a three-year old killing in August, was sentenced in Monroe
County Criminal Court Monday.
Danny Adams, 39, was found guilty of an
assault charge in the July 2009 death of Vince Cole, but was found
not guilty of criminally negligent homicide.
During Adam's trial, Josh Anderson
testified he was the one to actually pull the trigger, but despite
this revelation, Assistant District Attorney General Jim Stutts said
