At approximately 1 p.m., Tuesday, a Monroe County inmate, Ricky Gennoe, 36, while on a work site allegedly stole a 2003 silver, two-wheel drive Toyota Tacoma truck, Tennessee tag 921RKL, with an "In memory of Larry Booher" sticker in the back window. Gennoe left the work site on Hiwassee Road in Madisonville and was still missing at press time.

The missing inmate is a white male, 6-foot-3, 250 pounds.
