MADISONVILLE-If the wife of the late
Jim Miller was looking for closure Wednesday with the sentencing of
Jessica Kennedy, she did not feel as if it had been found after the
sentencing hearing was over.
Vickie Miller, the widow of the
well-known Monroe County farmer, businessman and political figure who
was murdered in July of 2010, said afterwards she was disappointed
with 22-year jail term Kennedy received from Judge Walter Kurtz.
"She should have been given the
maximum," Vickie Miller said of the woman she had called an "evil
