Man charged with shooting
Author: Michael Thomason MADISONVILLE-Nearly a week after an alleged shooting on Ridge Road, a Madisonville man was charged Monday. Timothy Maxwell, 46, was arrested after he allegedly shot his girlfriend after they got into a fight. Angela Quillen told Monroe County Sheriff's Detective Conway Mason that Maxwell became angry with her and began yelling at her and took a .22 caliber handgun, grabbed her by the leg and shot her.
