Photo submitted Westley Smith recently won the regional and state title as a part of the Scholastic Clay Target Program. Smith won the regional title in Sevierville with a high score of 92 and was first in the team shoot with a 94. Smith collected the state title in Clarksville with a high score of 92 and finished second with the varsity team with a score of 93. Smith will compete in the national tournament in Sparta, Ill. July 24-26.
