Monroe County Alcohol and Drug Task Force and Monroe County Health Council will host Movies in the Park this summer. The schedule is as follows:
June 26-Sweetwater in field near Brown Intermediate-"Inkheart"
July 3-Kefavuer Park Madisonville-"National Treasure"
July 10-Tellico Plains High School football field-"Remember the Titans"
July 17-Vonore Beach-still being decided.
Vendors are needed for these events. This will be open to any non-profit. Contact Patty Williford at (423) 519-1160 if you are interested in one or more of these dates and what you would like to sell. The Task Force and Health Council will be selling popcorn, anything else is open.

A summer fair will be from 4-10 p.m., Thursday, July 23, at Sequoyah Birthplace Museum. Southbound will be entertaining and inflatables will be available for children. Vendors and volunteers are needed.
