William Southerland

William Southerland of Antioch, Calif., passed away Saturday morning, Oct. 31, at his home. He graduated from Benicia High School in California in 1984. He then attended Heald College and earned a degree in bio-medical engineering. He has worked at the University of San Francisco for the last 16 years of life as a medical engineer.

He was 43.

Survivors include: parents-Gary and Debbie Southerland;

Sisters and brother-in-law-Lisa Southerland, all of Douglasville, Ga.; and Robyn and Stephen Maher of Clearwater, Fla.;

Niece-Danille Martin and husband Nate, of Illinois;

Grandmother-Bernice Millsaps of Madisonville;

Aunts-Elizabeth Brackett, Noalmae Carmley and Helen Tuck;

Uncles-William Millsaps, Jimmy Millsaps, Ted Millsaps and Donnie Millsaps,

And a host of cousins and friends.

Graveside service and interment will be 1 p.m., Saturday, Citico Cemetery with Rev. Tommy Self officiating. Memorials may be made to Citico Cemetery. Arrangements by Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
