Robert Dale Cardin

Robert Dale Cardin of Madisonville, passed away at 6:37 p.m., Wednesday, July 25, at Blount Memorial Hospita. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a longtime Monroe County farmer and a member of the singing group, The Witness.

He was 48.

Preceded in death by: his parents, Aubrey and Johnnie Griffith Cardin; and grandmother, Ma Cardin.

Survivors include: wife-Lachelle Johnson Cardin;

Stepdaughter and spouse-Lacey and Matthew Isbill;

Stepsons-Essley Watson Jr.; and Taylor Watson;

Step-grandson-Essley Watson III, all of Madisonville;

Sister and brother-in-law-Denise and Tommy Holt;

Brothers and sister-in-law-Doyle Cardin and Elden and Bonnie Cardin, all of Madisonville;

Aunts and uncles-Elizabeth Griffith of Chattanooga; and Arlin and Margie Cardin of Alcoa;

Several other cousins.

Funeral services will be 7 p.m., Saturday, in Biereley-Hale Chapel with Rev. Joe Torbett and Rev. Steve McDonald officiating. Interment will be 2 p.m., Sunday in Haven Hill Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., before the services on Saturday. Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville, in charge of arrangements.
