Prudie N. Tucker

Prudie N. Tucker of Tellico Plains, passed away at 2 a.m.,
Saturday, Feb. 6, at Woods Memorial Hospital, after a lengthy illness. She was
of the Baptist faith and was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother with a
great and loving heart and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew and loved
her.
She was 84.
Preceded in death by: grandson, James Crowder; parents,
Authur and Ada Crowder; sister, Magdalene Lynn; infant sisters, Genevieve and
Annie Crowder; and brother, Clarence Crowder.
Survivors include: husband of 58 years-Carroll Tucker;
Daughter and son-in-law-Carolyn and Mike McKenzie;
Sons and daughter-in-law-Jim Crowder, Mike Tucker, and
Melvin and Teresa Tucker;
Grandchildren-Cheryl and Gary Russell, Shane Roller, Missy
and Scott Jump, Kassandra and Benji Harris, Josh Crowder, Tiffany and Brian
Moser, Amanda Crowder, Jeremiah and Serena Tucker, Felicia Watson;
Ten great-grandchildren;
Sister-Nellie Reisden;
Special cousin-Charles Blenkenship;
Special friends-Oci Crowder and Clifton and Wanda Crowe;
Caregiver-Cindy Leviner;
Many other special cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be 8 p.m., Monday, in Biereley-Hale
Chapel, with the Rev. Ollie Lankford officiating. Interment will be 11 a.m.,
Tuesday, at Piney Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m.,
before the funeral. Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Tellico Plains, in charge of
arrangements.
