Sallie Bell Littleton Mason

Sallie Bell Littleton Mason of Duluth, Ga., died Aug. 7. A native of Lenior City, she retired from Lynott Manufacturing where she worked as a seamstress.  She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Duluth. 

She was 89.

Preceded in death by: her husband, Lee Atlas Mason; and a son, Clyde Mason.

Survivors include: her son-James Mason of Duluth;

Daughters and son-in-law-Sue McIntyre of Duluth; Wanda Scruggs of Dawsonville, Ga.; Becky Mason of Duluth; and Dorothy and Rodney Cantrell of Duluth;

Sister-Nettie Moses of Sweetwater;

Sister-in-law-Alvie Frye of Sweetwater;

Nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, at Crowell Brothers Peachtree Chapel Funeral Home in Norcross, Ga.  Interment will follow at Peachtree Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to: Trinity United Methodist Church, P.O.
