Larry K. Dockery

Larry K. Dockery of Madisonville, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 6, at his home. He was a member of Rocky Springs Baptist Church. He was a good man who always loved helping other people.

He was 56.

Preceded in death by: parents, Joe and Fannie Debity Dockery.

Survivors include: wife-Linda Ownby Dockery;

Daughter and son-in-law-Tina and Randy Benson of Madisonville;

Son and daughter-in-law-Larry Joe and Amanda Dockery of Athens;

Grandest papaw of-Trace, Justice, and Landria Benson and Jacob and Brant Dockery;

Sisters and brothers-in-law-Shirley and Virgil Davis and Redena and Kenneth Harris, all of Madisonville; and Fern Belcher of Tellico Plains;

Brothers and sisters-in-law-Viven Dockery, J.L. Dockery, Wayne and Brenda Dockery, all of Tellico Plains; and Rev. Niles and Carolyn Dockery of Madisonville;

Several nieces and nephews;

Special friend and business partner-Greg Mealer.

Funeral services will be 7 p.m., Saturday, in Biereley-Hale Chapel, with the Rev. Don Rockholt and Rev. Tom Ownby officiating. Interment will be 10 a.m., Sunday, in Haven Hill Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., before the funeral. Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville, in charge of arrangements.
