The City Recorder is responsible for the custody and preservation of public records, ordinance/resolution books, minutes of the Board of Commissioners, contracts, bonds, title deeds, certificates, and papers. The individual must be present at all meetings of the Board of Commissioners, Planning Commission, and Board of Zoning Appeals and keep a full and accurate record of all business discussed and voted upon. LENOIR CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY
Notice is hereby given to the residents of the Lenoir City Housing Authority, the citizens of Lenoir City and all persons interested, that the housing authority is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 Final Rule to submit a Streamlined Public Housing Agency Plan.
Further, the Streamlined Agency Plan shall consist of an Annual Plan for the upcoming fiscal year. The Annual Plan provides details about the housing authority's immediate operations, programs and services for the upcoming fiscal year.
Prior to submission of the Agency Plan to HUD, we are soliciting comments and suggestions.
